Case: Proven results from sports centre

A Danish sports and culture centre struggled with Legionella problems in its hot water system. After installing a DCW Mini unit, Legionella was quickly brought under control, while the centre also reduced its energy consumption by operating at lower water temperatures.

"It’s a win-win situation: the water is free of Legionella, and we save on energy costs," says centre manager Jan Nielsen.

How much water can DCW Mini treat?

The table shows the approximate amount of water that each DCW Mini model can treat per day in domestic water systems. The first column shows the unit's Neuthox production capacity in litres per hour (l/h), while treated water capacity is shown in cubic metres per day (m³/day). Actual capacity depends on whether the unit is used in hot or cold water systems and the required dosing level.

The treated water capacity is based on 20 hours of Neuthox production per day. Neuthox is stored in a tank to ensure continuous dosing and protection 24/7.
