Our DCW units are connected directly to the water system and produce the disinfectant Neuthox® automatically using just salt, water and electricity.
Small doses of Neuthox effectively remove harmful bacteria from the water as well as the slimy biofilm inside pipes, where bacteria multiply rapidly.

DCW Mini
This compact unit is designed for domestic water systems in smaller buildings with low to medium water consumption. It produces up to 15 litres Neuthox per hour, which is automatically dosed into the water system in low concentrations.

DCW Medium
This flexible unit is suitable for different applications with medium to large water consumption. It produces up to 100 litres Neuthox per hour, which is automatically dosed into the water system in low concentrations.

Why choose DCW disinfection units
Highly effective disinfection
Neuthox effectively combats harmful bacteria in water by breaking down their cell walls. It also eliminates and prevents biofilm inside pipes, where bacteria multiply rapidly. The active substance, hypochlorous acid (HOCl), is 70–80 times more effective than regular chlorine (OCl).
Safer handling
Our units produce Neuthox on site through an electrolysis process using salt and water – no handling of hazardous chemicals and no need for protective equipment. Due to its high efficiency, only low concentrations are required, resulting in a mild, water-based disinfectant.
Simple and automated operation
The units integrate easily into existing water systems and central control systems. Production and dosing of Neuthox are automated, so you only need to refill salt and schedule two annual services. This simplifies operations and provides continuous protection 24/7.
